Job summary

GS Global Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Trading Operation Executive in Singapore to handle shipping documents, payment management, and LC administration. You will prepare invoices, bills of lading, packing lists and related permits, while ensuring accuracy in LC processing and communications with banks and clients.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of industry experience in trading commodities/logistics.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil, coal, steel, biofuel or logistics trading operations/logistics.
• Knowledge in shipping documents preparation.
• Knowledge in letters of credit administration.
• Preferred immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents including Invoice, BL, Packing list, Permits, Insurance, ISCC certification.
• Manage inward and outward payments.
• Administer letters of credit: opening and vetting import/export LC, invoicing, communication with banks and clients, accuracy.
