You will develop rosters, recruit and train staff on SOPs, monitor progress, report on status, and drive continuous improvement across implementations, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly fleet and transport activities to optimize operational efficiency
• Develop staff rosters and allocate resources effectively to meet workload demands
• Recruit and train staff on standard operating procedures to ensure consistent performance on the ground
• Communicate clearly and delegate tasks to staff and customers to maintain smooth operations
• Apply firm decision-making when necessary to uphold standards and resolve conflicts
• Monitor work progress through site visits and coordination to ensure timely data delivery and adherence to quality and client requirements
• Generate clear and timely reports to document operational status and outcomes
• Lead and support new company implementations and initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support business goals
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to manage documentation and communication
