Job summary

BNL Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will plan manpower deployment, schedule work, and supervise the team to maintain high service quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, monitoring attendance and performance, and preparing daily/weekly reports. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to travel between sites and work flexible hours,

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in environmental services, cleaning, facilities management or operations.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Able to travel between sites.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Relevant experience in environmental services, cleaning, facilities management or operations preferred.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage and supervise a team of workers.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple sites/projects.
• Willing to travel between work sites when required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
