We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team at ERIKS’ in the Tuas West Region. As a full-time Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day‑to‑day operations, providing essential administrative and organisational support to our business.
Job Scope:
1. Logistics Administrative Support:
- Handle all logistics and administrative‑related duties, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and the sales team for delivery matters.
- Assist in managing logistics documentation, tracking deliveries, and providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
2. Coordination with Warehouse/Production and Sales Teams:
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse/production and sales teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Coordinate inventory management, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely provision of materials and goods to meet operational needs.
- Ensure proper communication on inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and stock movements.
3. Delivery Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and assess suppliers’ and customers’ delivery performance.
- Prepare reports on delivery schedules, delays, and performance metrics, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
4. Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Handle data entry related to logistics matters, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the system (e.g., tracking deliveries, order statuses, inventory levels).
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to logistics, deliveries, and inventory for future reference and audits.
5. Ad‑Hoc Projects/Administrative Duties:
- Take on additional ad‑hoc projects or administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Support in improving operational processes and assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth functioning of the operations department.
Pre‑requisites:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Operations Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Familiar with the SAP Business One system
- Strong communication skills for liaising with various teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry skills; knowledge of logistics or inventory software is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to track and report on delivery schedules and performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or administrative support is advantageous.
