Job summary

G-TECH METAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated parking enforcement professional to patrol carparks across Singapore, ensuring smooth operations and prompt reporting of any illegal parking activities.

The role involves enforcing policies via wheel clamps and negotiations, and coverage for carpark personnel on short notice. The candidate must own a vehicle and hold a Class 3 license, be able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and be comfortable moving between different carparks

Qualifications

• Must own a vehicle with a valid Class 3 license.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Own transport is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Patrol carparks and oversee smooth operations.
• Report illegal parking or activities in carparks.
• Carry out enforcement activities (wheel clamps and negotiations).
• Cover carpark personnel on short notice.
• Ensure ticket/receipt rolls are topped up.
• Interact with tenants and site staff professionally.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Candidate Requirement

• Require owning a vehicle for work (either motorcycle or car) and class 3 license
• Able to work shifts
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

Working days: 5.5 days per week.
Work timing: 9am – 6pm / 12pm – 9pm / 2pm – 11pm)
Working Location: Around Singapore as job requires frequent movement of different carparks.

Job Description

• Handle and report any illegal parking or activities in the carpark
• Carry out enforcement activities (wheel clamp and negotiation)
• To cover carpark personnel in short notice
• Ensure nets machine receipt rolls are topped up
• Handles carpark management, tenants, and site staff in a tactful manner
• Any adhoc duties as assigned
