Job summary

Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled project coordinator to drive healthcare initiatives across internal teams, vendors, and government partners.

You will develop timelines, workflows, and operational frameworks, support CST and Ageing Asia programs, integrate care models for dementia and psychiatric residents, manage communications and reporting, assist budgeting and procurement, and provide secretariat support and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare projects with internal teams, vendors, and government partners.
• Develop project timelines, workflows, and operational frameworks.
• Support CST and Ageing Asia initiatives including preparation of documentation, submissions, audits and KPI reporting.
• Integrate structured care models for dementia and psychiatric residents into workflow planning and operational guidelines.
• Manage communications such as quarterly newsletters, Annual Reports and digital platforms, and engagement with stakeholders to strengthen program visibility and sustainability.
• Assist budgeting, procurement, and cost optimization efforts.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide secretariat support.
• Support community engagement, staff training initiatives, and presentation preparation.
