Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Excellence Pharmacist to drive productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency across pharmacy operations in Singapore. You will analyze workflows, oversee day-to-day operations, and develop KPI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes digitalisation, automation, and close collaboration with IT to implement system solutions and ensure smooth operations across the pharmacy function.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science (Pharmacy) or related field.
• Registered pharmacist with relevant Singapore licensing.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, workflow management and process improvement.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, dashboard development or operational reporting advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, automation, AI or digital transformation added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence initiatives across pharmacy operations to enhance productivity, service quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
• Analyse pharmacy workflows and operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations including workflow management, inventory, manpower deployment, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, operational reports, and analytics for meaningful insights.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, and technologies to address challenges and improve performance.
• Identify and implement digitalisation and automation for manual processes.
• Partner with IT to translate requirements into system solutions, including testing and implementation.
• Serve as pharmacy system superuser, provide user training, support adoption, troubleshoot, and manage contingencies.
• Contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives in process optimisation, analytics, and digitalisation.
• Monitor industry developments and recommend initiatives to strengthen pharmacy operations and service quality.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
