LTD. is seeking a candidate for our Operations Excellence team to conduct site audits across managed projects and analyse risks to ensure compliance with established processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of M&E, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.

The role involves preparing detailed reports for site managers regarding performance improvements and facilitating a high standard of facility administration.

About The Role

Our Operations Excellence team is responsible for ensuring that the projects we oversee operate in line with established processes and procedures. We conduct audits and prepare reports to confirm that all teams work in sync, and raise any potential issues to the appropriate personnel. The candidate will inspect multiple areas of a building, maintain a keen eye for detail, and possess a holistic understanding of administrative, M&E, and customer experience within the facilities management industry.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform site audits across the projects we manage, administer surveys, and prepare working papers aligned with internal audit standards.
• Analyse how risks can be mitigated and identify the root cause of related issues.
• Communicate audit findings via written reports to the site manager, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending actions to bridge performance gaps.
• Handle other ad‑hoc duties related to office facilities and administration as needed.
