Knight Frank Singapore is seeking an Operations Audits Associate to support our Projects and Facilities teams. You will conduct site audits, compile reports, and assist with administrative and M&E coordination to improve building performance.
The role requires keen attention to detail, strong writing, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a corporate environment. You’ll work closely with site managers and office teams to uphold our standards.

Our Operations Excellence team is responsible for ensuring that the projects that we oversee are operating in line with our established processes and procedures. We conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure that all our teams are working in sync with one another, and bring up potential issues to the attention of those responsible. The candidate will be required to inspect multiple areas of a building, have a keen eye for detail, and have a holistic understanding of administrative, M&E, and customer experience in relation to the facilities management industry.
