Job summary

ST Engineering (Singapore) seeks a diligent Maintenance Team Lead to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for a fleet of systems in workshop. You will ensure monthly contractual performance and coordinate training needs with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will prepare monthly schedules, reports, and spares indentation, while driving continuous improvement and 5S in the work area. Strong leadership, schematics interpretation, and hands-on skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics/Mechanical).
• Able to interpret schematics, manuals and drawings for maintenance work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on with strong analytical approach and proactive teamwork.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred; familiarity with military armament systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure contractual monthly performances and training needs are met.
• Prepare monthly schedule and reports, manage spares indentation, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
