Job summary

ST ENGINEERING LAND MRO & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a team performing preventive and corrective maintenance for a fleet of systems in the workshop.

You will ensure on-time execution and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics/Mechanical), ability to read schematics and manuals, strong communication, and hands-on leadership. SAP knowledge and a Class 3 license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechatronics/Mechanical preferred.
• Able to interpret schematics, technical manuals and drawings for maintenance works.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on approach.
• Proactive, able to work well with others.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for a fleet of systems in workshop; ensure on-schedule execution.
• Prepare monthly schedule and monthly report; indent spares and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S in the work area.

Job Description:

• Responsible to ensure contractual monthly performances of systems and customer’s training needs are met


• Required to prepare monthly schedule, monthly report, indentation of spares and coordination of works with customers and internal stakeholders


• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.


• Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the work area

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering field, prefer Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering


• Able to interpret schematics, technical manual and drawings for maintenance works


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to use analytical skills and a \"hands-on\" person


• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work well with others


• Knowledge in SAP and military armament systems will be preferred


• Highly motivated individual who can work independently and lead a team


• Possess class 3 driving license
