Job summary

EXENTEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced maintenance professional to lead troubleshooting, predictive and corrective maintenance, and safety training for CDS equipment and process systems.

You will manage spare parts, maintain records, and build standardized procedures to boost reliability and compliance. You will coordinate shift technicians, deliver detailed reports, and support startup/installation and continuous improvement efforts, including 24-hour standby for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Plan, schedule, and execute predictive and corrective maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for compliance and data analysis.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and lead status update meetings.
• Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures to improve efficiency.
• Track uptime/downtime and MTBF/MTTR to monitor reliability trends.
• Conduct FMEAs and apply corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Lead and coordinate Shift Technicians to complete tasks on schedule.
• Train technicians and customer personnel on operation and maintenance for safety.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards and assist in audits.
• Generate reports and presentations on maintenance activities for stakeholders.
• Lead startup, commissioning, and installation of gas cabinets, VMB & panel, and process systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance effectiveness.
• Provide 24-hour standby support for emergencies.
