Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. in Singapore seeks an Operations Support Engineer to join the main product team. You will provide L1-L3 support and ensure reliability of the IT infrastructure, collaborating with developers, product managers, and user support to maintain high uptime.

You will monitor production and non-production environments, implement automation, participate in incident management, and help create documentation and process improvements to support AI use cases and AWS-based deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as Operations Engineer or similar role in IT.
• Experience with ITSM tools and incident/change workflows.
• Strong scripting, automation, and DevOps mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
• Maintain operation documentation and audit readiness.
• Manage 24/7 support with internal teams and vendors.
