Job summary

Asia Cement (Singapore) Private Limited is seeking an Operations Dispatcher to manage daily product deliveries at Jurong Port Terminal. You will coordinate truck driver schedules, act as the hub between fleet drivers, customers, and site operations, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

The role requires 2+ years in dispatch or logistics, proficiency with Excel/Word, and strong communication skills. Night shifts may be requested; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transport, or fleet coordination.
• Proficiency with dispatch documentation and standard computer applications.
• Strong communication, quick problem-solving skills, and ability to handle fast-paced operations.
• Preferred bilingual; forklift license a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & Route: Assign drivers, plan optimal delivery routes, and schedule dispatch times to meet daily customer order targets.
• Driver Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for drivers on the road—handling live delays, order updates, and delivery issues.
• Track & Report: Monitor fleet tracking systems, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records and delivery logs.
• Site Coordination: Work closely with Sales team ensuring trucks are loaded correctly and delivered to correct project sites.
• Perform hands-on handling of cement and raw materials, including managing hardened or congested materials.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & Route: Assign drivers, plan optimal delivery routes, and schedule dispatch times to meet daily customer order targets.
