Job summary

YTL Concrete (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent logistics and admin assistant to support the cement dispatch operations and SOP updates. The role involves coordinating SOPs, data verification in SAP, and tracking assets such as tablets and SIM cards for transporters.

The candidate will assist in terminal operations, import processes, and berthing coordination at the Jurong Port, while supporting ad-hoc projects and audit activities within the YTLCTS and plant teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin and coordination within logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain SOPs and assist internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SOPs for logistics and cement dispatch processes.
• Support dispatch operations with daily tasks and data verification.
• Set up inventory records to track fleet access cards movements.
• Check daily dispatch reports against site printing and SAP data.
• Track sample testing status and coordinate with laboratories for results.
• Manage tablets and SIM card assets with transporters as per procedures.
• Coordinate data usage with Telco and drivers/transporters within billing cycles.
• Raise purchase requisitions and ensure PO issuance.
• Prepare short-term sponsor letters for plant services/visitors.
• Issue goods pass out notes to transfer items and IT/spare parts from port premises.
• Carry out purchasing tasks as required by Nanyang Cement and YTLCTS.
• Support plant engineering admin tasks and participate in internal audits.
• Assist cement terminal operations with day-to-day requirements.
• Coordinate adhoc project works as needed.
• Manage importation of YTLCTS parts from overseas.
• Monitor berthing slots in Jurong Port portal and alert on changes, ensuring on-time berthing.
• Support inventory and daily offtake monitoring of materials.
• Perform POD in SAP for HDB orders upon award.
• Submit delivery summaries to HDB and verify volume vs on-site printing.
• Ensure hardcopy DO submissions are in correct format for payments.
