Job summary

UNION AIR FREIGHT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Driver Operations Supervisor to coordinate the efficient deployment of drivers and transport activities in Singapore.

You will oversee daily attendance and deployment of drivers, ensuring smooth cargo movement. This role requires hands-on leadership, familiarity with local roads, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will verify trip claims, monitor vehicle maintenance, and timely report incidents, while engaging with management on training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
• Able to lead a team of drivers and cargo handling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift driving permit preferred.
• Strong leadership and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient deployment of drivers and transport activities.
• Maintain drivers' daily attendance and deployment.
• Verify trip claims (Cash Card).
• Monitor maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Timely reporting of incidents and cargo/vehicle damage.
• Engage outsourced vendors when fleet is unable to cope.
• Continuous engagement with management on warehousing, inventory and trucking training opportunities.
• Timely submission of documents.
• Update all job orders.
• Ensure team adheres to safety and legal requirements.

• Ensure team adhere strictly to all safety & legal requirements.

Job Requirements

Working Days (Per Week)

• 5.5 (2 Saturday Off per month / Half Day)
