Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data maintenance and updates.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain required information for data verification.
• Ensure all processing activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support service improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Team Lead.
