Responsibilities

• Review and verify high volumes of physical legal and security documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity against system records.
• Log, track, and reconcile received document sets to identify missing or discrepant information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Organize, pack, and prepare physical documents for long-term secured archiving with our external storage vendor, adhering to safekeeping and compliance procedures.
• Support cross-functional operations and projects as needed; handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team lead.
• Meet daily and weekly unit processing targets to ensure successful completion of the portfolio migration within the project window.
