Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help maintain client accounts and update banking records. You will create client accounts, keep information accurate, and process account closures or modifications as required.

Experience with banking data, documentation requirements, and basic automation (Excel/Access macros) is preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of banking experience.
• Experience in data maintenance for client records is preferred.
• Good knowledge of account documentation requirements.
• Basic hands-on experience in Excel/Access based automation (e.g. Macros) to improve efficiency would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate client data such as creation of client accounts and upkeep client information.
• Process closure of client and counterparty accounts.
• Conduct name searches as requested by management.
• Process e-banking applications / modifications / cancellations for clients.
• Manage Hold Mail services provided to clients.
