JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Support Associate for CitiBank client at Changi Business Park. The role involves data entry, pre-processing, warehousing, filing and dispatch of cashier’s orders to multiple banks, tied to loan fulfillment processes.

Successful candidate will handle manual, repetitive tasks with attention to accuracy and physical fitness for travel between banks as needed. This is a fixed-term contract running from 24 August 2026 to 24 February 2027.

Qualifications

• Open to candidate with administrative experience in office environment.
• Candidate must be okay with manual and repetitive job scope.
• Travelling required hence must be physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Maker role for data entry, pre-processing, warehousing, filing and dispatch of cashier’s orders to various banks.
• Preparation of cashier orders are a critical part of loan fulfillment process.
