Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking operations, data management or admin support is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations teams to retrieve and review documents from internal source systems.
• Perform accurate data maintenance and keep customer information up to date.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure all processing follows established SOPs.
• Support service improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
