Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support order creation, processing, and timely execution. You will oversee shipping documentation, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and ensure accurate supplier invoicing for Finance submission.

The role also involves monitoring freight/insurance billing, resolving discrepancies, and driving automation improvements through RPA and AI initiatives. Occasional overseas travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to work overtime and travel overseas.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of import/export processes including Incoterms and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee shipping documentation and coordinate with internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile and process supplier invoices and submission to Finance.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies and prepare reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI and automation processes to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes and drive process improvements.
