The Company

You would most probably be a customer of our client. They play an important role in Singapores public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world class.

Scope of Position :

• Manning Helpdesk and assist in answering telephone calls.
• Record all problems and issues raised as well as actions taken in system.
• Assist in disseminating messages/instructions to the other offices
• Monitor log‑on/log off time and sales equipment status. Report if there is discrepancy in the system.
• Handle enquiries from customers
• Make calls to internal or external customers for case follow up

Duties Pertaining to offices located islandwide :

• Dispatch, takeover or handover cash bags, cards and collection of envelopes
• Guide new staff to do sales, whenever necessary
• Perform sales, whenever necessary
• Cover Helpline staff duties, whenever necessary
• Proper filing of documents
• Handle distribution of items that are dispatched within stipulated time frame
• Assist in preparing of petty cash claims

Requirements:

• Able to multi‑task
• Good stress tolerance

• Need to work across PH
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary Range

• Basic + AWS + VB + Travel Card

Working Hours:

• Shift Work Need to work across weekends and PH
• Earliest start at 7.45am, latest shift end at 11pm
• Work 4 days rest 1 day, work 4 days rest 2 days, work 3 days rest 1 days and so on
