The role requires proficient verbal communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently. A 5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications between agents, customers, and internal departments.
• Manage, sort, and distribute emails to workflow personnel.
• Control delivery orders and cash handling with delivery notes.
• Perform additional administrative duties to support daily operations.
