St Engineering is seeking an experienced Asisstant Operation Control Manager to lead and optimize operations control across engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing domains in West Singapore. You will drive KPI programs, implement controls, and report to senior management.

The role requires strong leadership, sharp analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to sustain regulatory compliance, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations control or management within the engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and navigate complex operational challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear coordination across levels and departments.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational control processes, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and controls that align with the company’s objectives and industry best practices.
