TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Assistant to coordinate vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements in Singapore.

The role requires liaising with vessel agents, captains, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. You will process orders, quotations, invoices and other documents, track shipments, and maintain clear records while upholding safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with vessel agents, captains, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and process delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and other logistics documents.
• Track shipments and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Support agency services as required.
• Maintain clear records of orders, communications, and operational activities.
• Attend to urgent operational requests, even outside standard working hours (when necessary).
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality and customer service.
