Job summary

ST Logistics is seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (AMC) to ensure smooth passenger, cargo and ground services through meticulous planning and resource provisioning. You will oversee facilities and equipment serviceability, mitigate safety risks, and drive policy improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

You will lead planning, people management, and compliance with safety requirements, coordinating across teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of service

Qualifications

• Diploma in operations management or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent planning and people management skills.
• Familiar with safety and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review SOPs and ensure passenger, cargo and ground ops meet standards.
• Establish passenger operations schedule with resourcing and deployment.
• Develop maintenance action plans for facilities and vehicles.
• Co-Chair monthly operations, deployment exercises and safety briefings.
• Forecast budget and approve purchases within financial limits.
