Antares Management Services is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to oversee passenger, cargo and ground support services in an aviation setting. You will lead operational teams, plan manpower and equipment, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery aligned with customer requirements.

The role emphasizes strong operations planning, people management and compliance with safety, security and SOP standards, with exposure to aviation, air force or fuel operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in operations management or related field.
• Experience in aviation, air force or fuel operations is an advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with cybersecurity best practices and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily passenger, cargo and ground support operations to meet service standards and customer requirements.
• Plan manpower deployment, operational schedules and resources to support routine activities and deployment exercises.
• Coordinate passenger ladder operations, airbase access coordination and material handling equipment deployment.
• Manage overseas deployment activities and ground support for foreign military aircraft.
• Review and improve SOPs and work instructions to minimise incidents and improve readiness.
• Lead team development, training and performance management.
