Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business operations, investment/fund operations, or business analysis.
• Comfortable using CRM, SaaS and business systems.
• Strong organisation, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Interested in process improvement and technology.
• Financial services / investment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve internal processes, workflows and systems.
• Manage and maintain the firm's CRM and business tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes.
• Coordinate with external IT / technology vendors when technical support is needed.
• Coordinate technology-related compliance, documentation and access reviews.
• Track projects and follow up with different stakeholders to ensure completion.
• Support operational and systems-related projects for portfolio companies over time.
