Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an IT support professional to provide day‑to‑day application support for business systems and productivity tools.

You will help drive workflow automation and practical AI adoption to boost efficiency and reduce manual efforts across the organization. Responsibilities include supporting ERP-related processes, managing access, assisting with upgrades and testing, and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

Experience supporting business users in IT operations.
Ability to troubleshoot across applications, user access, and integrations and document fixes clearly.
Strong stakeholder management to coordinate with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

Provide application support and troubleshooting for business systems (including ERP) and Microsoft 365 tools.
Monitor, log, investigate, and follow up on incidents; coordinate with external vendors/partners when needed.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions, and support periodic access reviews.
Support ERP-related business processes (e.g., purchasing, sales, inventory, finance, approval workflows).
Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities (UAT).
Build and maintain workflow automations using low-code tools and automation platforms.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and digitalization initiatives.
Support responsible use of AI tools for productivity and documentation of best practices.
Maintain system, integration, and support documentation including how-to guides.
Provide basic support for web applications, integrations, and APIs; escalate and track issues through to resolution.
