Job summary

HAULIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to streamline commercial, CS and finance workflows. You will map end-to-end processes, design automated workflows, and establish a single source of truth through a robust data foundation.

You will collaborate with product, QA and operations, document requirements, and train teams on new automations with a focus on data quality and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL, data modelling and validation.
• Experience designing automated workflows and data pipelines.
• Ability to document processes clearly for product/QA teams.
• Comfort working across commercial, CS, finance and tech.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Databricks/PySpark and BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map key processes across teams and identify automations.
• Design, build and maintain automated workflows with a single source of truth.
• Roll out process changes with training and follow-up.
• Measure impact of automations and iterate for improvement.
• Document current processes and share requirements with PM/QA.
