Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Business Admin or related discipline.
• At least 2+ years in compliance, risk management, or business support within banking/financial services.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with ability to corroborate information from multiple sources.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with compliance tools or screening systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform name screening to identify clients with adverse news or potential compliance concerns.
• Source and review relevant documentation, news articles, and online information to validate client declarations.
• Evaluate customer accounts and transactions to detect potential risks and elevate findings as needed.
• Assist with filing, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to support the compliance team's operations.
