Shell Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations & Admin Manager to coordinate the company’s administration, finance operations, HR, payroll and vendor relationships. You will ensure smooth daily operations, accurate reporting and quality service delivery to members.
Reporting to Management, you will implement approved initiatives, improve workflows and supervise administration and operations staff across the Singapore office.
The Operations & Admin Manager is responsible for handling and coordinating the company's administration, finance operations, HR, payroll, membership support, systems and operational processes. The role ensures smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, effective coordination, proper documentation and quality service delivery to members. The incumbent works closely with Management to implement approved initiatives, improve workflows and support the effective delivery of the company's programmes and services.
Handle daily administration and operational activities of the company
Support Management in implementing approved plans and initiatives
Coordinate meetings, AGM, member sessions and related activities
Handle accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary administration
Handle membership administration, records and database updates
Coordinate and execute member activities, welfare programmes and events
Supervise and support administration and operations staff
Liaise with vendors and external service providers on operational matters
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR or related discipline
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in administration, operations, finance or organisational support
Hands-on experience in administration, financial reporting, payroll processing, events and vendor coordination
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Experience in co-operatives, unions or membership-based organisations will be advantageous
