HAV CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Singapore to assist the director with daily operations for waste management services and construction works.

You will oversee field crews, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality on-site. You will coordinate logistics, assign tasks to supervisors and technicians, liaise with management on planning and execution, and address complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Assist director to supervise daily operation and activity for waste management services and construction works.
• Monitor logistics, transportation, and warehousing arrangements.
• Assign daily tasks to supervisors, operators, and mechanics.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks and projects.
• Monitor daily disposal of waste with no obstructions.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Prioritise developing strategies and cultivating customer relationships, while overseeing team performance and training.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by directors.
