JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to support daily site operations on upcoming construction projects in Singapore. You will assist the Senior Site Supervisor in planning, organizing, and directing activities to ensure progress and safety.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, quality control, and effective coordination with subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers to meet project timelines and standards. Fresh graduates are welcome with relevant qualifications.

Qualifications

Diploma, NITEC or higher in Building & Construction or related discipline.
Open to fresh graduates; candidates with site experience have advantage.
Basic knowledge of building construction processes, drawings, and site operations.
Good understanding of workplace safety; safety certifications are a plus.
Ability to monitor progress and follow up on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Site Supervisor in planning and directing daily site operations.
Monitor work progress to meet project schedules and timelines.
Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
Oversee on-site quality of work to meet specifications and standards.
Maintain accurate daily records and support project reporting.
Identify issues early and implement corrective actions with leadership.
