Job summary

TD Securities in Singapore seeks a Manager, Governance and Controls to support the ORKI program, ORE management, and issue remediation. You will collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and risk teams to identify, assess, monitor, and remediate operational risks and control weaknesses.

The role strengthens risk culture, reporting capabilities, and regulatory readiness while partnering with stakeholders to elevate governance standards and sustain remediation efforts across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in first line Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Governance, or Financial Services Operations.
• Experience managing Operational Risk Events, Self-Identified Issues, remediation programs, or risk governance activities.
• Experience preparing risk committee materials, executive reporting, and governance updates.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and audit practices within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and governance deliverables simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing governance and administration of the ORKI Program and ORE Management Framework.
• Coordinate data quality reviews and validation of risk information for accuracy.
• Produce ORKI reporting, dashboards, and management updates.
• Support escalation of significant incidents to senior management and governance forums.
• Prepare management reporting on issue status, themes, and remediation progress.
• Coordinate evidence collection and closure reviews to ensure remediation is sustainable.
• Assist in regulatory examinations, internal audits, and governance reviews.
