Job summary

TD Securities' Governance & Control APAC team is seeking a Manager to support the governance and administration of the Operational Risk Key Indicator (ORKI) program, the Operational Risk Event management framework, and issue management standards in a fast-paced, risk-focused environment.

You will collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and risk teams to identify, assess, monitor, report, and remediate operational risks and control weaknesses, strengthening risk culture and regulatory

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in first line Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Governance, or Financial Services Operations.
Experience managing Operational Risk Events, Self-Identified Issues, remediation programs, or risk governance activities.
Experience preparing risk committee materials, executive reporting, and governance updates.
Familiarity with regulatory expectations and audit practices within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and data quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and governance deliverables simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Support ongoing governance and administration of the ORKI Program across business, operations, compliance, and risk teams.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Operational Risk Events and remediation activities.
Coordinate Issue Management and self-identified issues tracking and closure reviews.
Prepare risk dashboards, committee materials, and senior management reporting.
Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and governance reviews.
