Job summary

OKX SG is seeking a Controls & Governance Manager to strengthen the firm’s controls, conduct risk, and governance framework in Singapore. You will partner with Commercial, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to design effective controls and monitor customer outcomes while translating regulatory expectations into actionable processes.

You will lead local reviews, investigations, and remediation efforts, and support audits and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with MAS requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in business compliance, front-office controls, conduct risk, or related roles within regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of Singapore financial services regulation and MAS expectations.
• Hands-on experience designing or executing sales surveillance, conduct monitoring, or front-office controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and strengthen controls across client-facing activities with cross-functional teams.
• Define local requirements for sales surveillance & conduct monitoring and oversee remediation of identified risks.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, processes, and product enhancements in collaboration with Product/Operations.
• Support risk governance activities including RCSA, KRIs, audits, and regulatory implementation.
