Key Responsibilities

Conduct monthly analysis and performance tracking of projects (Specialised Services) across JVs and stations, identifying key trends, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.

Consolidate and streamline Specialised Services reporting and information requests from HQ, including maintaining reporting templates, coordinating data collection, and serving as the key liaison across entities.

Support JVs and stations in the rollout and implementation of projects (Specialised Services) initiatives, working closely with the SS team to drive adoption, capability development, and business growth.

Support the evaluation, planning, and execution of Specialised Services projects and new business opportunities across the region as they arise.
