MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. at Yio Chu Kang Secondary School in Singapore seeks reliable staff to support daily school operations.

The contract runs 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with a possible one-year extension, and shifts rotate weekly across early mornings and afternoons. You will maintain cleanliness, provide logistical support for events, open/close the school, and assist with safety systems. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English to understand operational instructions and coordinate with school staff.
• At least three years of experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties.
• Ability to carry out cleaning, move and arrange furniture and equipment, and perform other operational tasks safely.
• Coordination skills and the ability to work within tight timelines are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general cleanliness of the school environment and upkeep of school facilities.
• Support routine operations, including opening and closing the school.
• Provide logistical support for routine and ad hoc events, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment.
• Assist with school safety, security and crisis preparedness, including arming and disarming the alarm system.
• Report faults in the school premises promptly and carry out other relevant assigned duties.

Name of Authority: Yio Chu Kang Secondary School

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Option period: A further one year, subject to exercise by the Authority.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

* Shifts rotate weekly.

* Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.

* Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.

* Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements

The following skills and experience are preferred:
