Job summary

FENG SHENG GROUP (F&B) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to oversee daily site operations across multiple locations in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients to capture requirements, deploy staff to sites, and ensure projects run smoothly without liquidated damages. You will roster monthly schedules, address backlog with the site in charge, rectify on-site issues, and report attendance and submit timesheets.

Qualifications

• Must possess Class 3 driving licence.
• Independent and proactive with initiative.
• Ability to propose improvements and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at multiple sites and liaise with clients to capture requirements.
• Arrange daily staff deployments to sites and ensure the company avoids liquidated damages on projects.
• Roster monthly schedules for staff.
• Coordinate with the site in charge on backlog, if any.
• Rectify on-site issues with workers or clients upon feedback.
• Report daily attendance and ensure timesheets are in order.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for operations projects.
• Arrange for coverage during staff absences and be hands-on when there is no coverage.
• Respond to business or project assignments at any time when needed.
• Maintain flexibility to support field operations as required by management.

Job description

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need
