Job summary

CLEANETTE in Singapore is seeking an Operation Supervisor - Hawker Center to oversee cleanliness, dish and cup supply, and inventory control. You will supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hawker center environment.

Responsibilities

• Checking cleanliness at hawker center
• Responsible for clearing soiled dishes, clearing rubbish, and all general table-top cleaning in a hawker centre
• Managing the plates and coffee cup supply
• Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and training
• Supervise and schedule staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and internal staff conflicts
• Order and maintain inventory control costs
• Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Follow food safety regulations
• Follow food safety regulations
• Oversee a team of table top cleaning, dishwashing, and throw rubbish
• Plan work and coordinate activities by Supervise, instruct, and give on-the-job training to others
• Reports quickly to the supervisor/boss if any problem arises and also recommends solutions
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager/boss.
• Establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with subordinates, supervisors, Managers and Boss.
