Job summary

persol outsourcing singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented supervisor to oversee ground operations at our Tuas site.

The role focuses on staff deployment, daily cash handling, and ensuring safety and adherence to site guidelines. You will verify reports and support audits while managing high-volume workloads and maintaining confidentiality. All candidates should have a Diploma and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, with a collaborative, meticulous approach and strong

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Good team player with a cheerful and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in management of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ground operation at site with respect to staff deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries.
• Manages operational matters by making timely decisions to minimise disruptions, while ensuring all staff adhered to safety, security, and site guidelines.
• Verifying all reports and documents, including refund applications and submissions, and ensure that all information shown on the reports or documents are accurate.
• Ensured adherence to operational and financial SOPs by staff, while conducting audits to maintain compliance and implement updates as required.
• Managed daily cash operations by ensuring timely banking of collections and performing cash reconciliation to verify accuracy against declared totals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Working Hours:8.30am - 6.30pm (Mon - Thurs) /8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Duties
