Job summary

infinix facilities management pte. ltd. is seeking an operations leader to oversee large-scale cleaning operations with 200+ staff. You will coordinate daily activities and long-term projects, ensuring high service standards through regular quality checks.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and meticulous documentation. You will engage with client representatives and adapt to changing conditions, driving continuous improvements and a reliable staffing database.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field (Management preferred).
• 2–3 years of operations experience within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to provide thorough documentation.
• Self-motivated and well-organized with a proactive attitude.
