Job summary

AN XIN BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professional conduct on duty. The role involves planning monthly schedules, ordering materials, and monitoring activities to maintain quality.

You will lead and mentor a team, uphold health and safety policies, improve workflows, and manage budgets across projects in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning supervisors and staff on standards of cleanliness and conduct.
• Ensure high standard cleaning service.
• Plan and review monthly work schedules.
• Order all cleaning materials.
• Monitor all cleaning activities.
• Ensure staff follow Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Have experience in cleaning and team management.
• Implement and adhere to standards and procedures.
• Health and Safety experience.
• Lead and hands-on expert across projects; assist junior members and deliver results for clients.
• Improve, manage and maintain budget tracking.
• Establish best in class standards and quality of work across all projects.
• Proactive self-starter; multitask in fast-paced environment with tight labour.
• Team leadership and mentoring; strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects.

Job description

• The supervision of cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.
• Ensuring good standard cleaning service.
• Plan and review monthly work schedules.
• Ordering of all cleaning materials.
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities.
• Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in a cleaning environment and managing a team.
• Ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures.
• Health and Safety experience.
• Improve the current workflow and optimize processes. Work both as a leader and hands-on expert across projects to assist junior team members and delivering results for clients.
• Improve, manage and maintain the budget tracking process.
• Establish best in class standards and quality of work across all projects.
• Proactive self-starter and ability to multitasks in a fast-paced environment under constant tight labour situation.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience. Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects at simultaneously.
