Job summary

An Xin Business Consultancy in Singapore is seeking a cleaning supervisor/lead to manage performance against cleanliness standards and staff behaviour on duty.

You will plan monthly work schedules, order materials, monitor activities, and ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies. You will lead and mentor team members, improve workflows, and manage budgets across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning environment with team management.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to implement and uphold standards and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

The supervision of cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.

Ensuring good standard cleaning service.

Plan and review monthly work schedules.

Ordering of all cleaning materials.

Monitoring of all cleaning activities.

Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Previous experience in a cleaning environment and managing a team.

Ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures.

Health and Safety experience.

Improve the current workflow and optimize processes. Work both as a leader and hands-on expert across projects to assist junior team members and delivering results for clients.

Improve, manage and maintain the budget tracking process.

Establish best in class standards and quality of work across all projects.

Proactive self-starter and ability to multitasks in a fast-paced environment under constant tight labour situation.

Team leadership and mentoring experience. Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects at simultaneously.
