Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations planner to support planning and execution of the Business Unit with a focus on achieving the operating plan and organizational goals.

You will perform monthly analyses to guide financial forecasts, resource prioritization, and budgets, and help drive cross-functional decision making to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in operations including process management, process metrics, and project/program/portfolio management.
• Experience with Salesforce and Jira application.
• Experience with Oracle application.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
