Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. on Anson Road seeks a supply chain professional to manage forecasts, orders and coordination with SAP, affiliates and freight forwarders.

The role covers daily planning, order fulfilment and timely deliveries in line with Incoterms. You will analyze data in Excel and Power BI, monitor shipment status, and support process improvements with the Supply & Planning Team. Candidates should have a diploma in supply chain, 3–6 years of experience, and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills; attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasts and orders for assigned affiliates, including SAP processing and EDI-related matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers, affiliates and freight forwarders on orders, POs, delivery schedules and urgent requirements.
• Monitor supply and shipment status to ensure timely delivery in line with Incoterms and monthly timelines.
• Handle daily supply chain, logistics and order fulfilment issues, escalating critical matters when required.
• Support process improvement initiatives and provide backup support to ensure smooth team operations.
• Work closely with the Supply & Planning Team on procurement and supply chain activities.

Salary

Salary: $4,000 Basic + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + AWS (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasts and orders for assigned affiliates, including SAP processing and EDI‑related matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers, affiliates and freight forwarders on orders, POs, delivery schedules, shipment changes and urgent requirements.
• Monitor supply and shipment status to ensure timely delivery in line with Incoterms and monthly timelines.
• Handle daily supply chain, logistics and order fulfilment issues, escalating critical matters when required.
• Support process improvement initiatives and provide backup support to ensure smooth team operations.
• Work closely with the Supply & Planning Team on procurement and supply chain activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field preferred.
• 3-6 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in a trading Buy & Sell environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and VBA), and Power BI.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of shipping Incoterms and their application.
