Job summary

SUNRISE GROUP SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to lead field-based cleaning operations in Singapore.

You will deploy workers, schedule shifts across client sites, monitor site performance, and support ground execution to ensure tasks are completed to standard. This role requires practical supervisory experience in cleaning, strong communication, and the ability to log attendance in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior hands-on operations or supervisory experience in the cleaning industry is required.
• Skills: Ground coordination, adaptable, physically fit, and able to handle ground workers effectively.
• PC Knowledge: Basic skills to operate phone messaging/apps and simple Excel attendance logging.

Responsibilities

• Plan and handle daily shift rosters, assign staff to client sites, and manage replacements/coverage.
• Perform site visits to monitor service quality and guide ground workers.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Operations Coordinator with experience in the cleaning industry. You will be responsible for daily worker deployment, scheduling, site monitoring, and ground operations. This is a field/site coordination role, focusing on team management and ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Worker Deployment & Scheduling: Plan and handle daily shift rosters, assign cleaning staff to various client sites, and manage last-minute worker replacements/coverage.
• Hands-on & Ground Support: Perform site visits to monitor service quality, guide ground workers, and step in hands-on when necessary to ensure tasks are completed.
• Attendance & Site Tracking: Record daily worker attendance and simple turnout logs in Excel/system.
• Communication & Ground Support: Act as the main contact person for cleaning workers, resolve ground issues, and maintain site discipline.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior hands-on operations or supervisory experience in the cleaning industry is required.
• Skills: Strong ground coordination skills, adaptable, physically fit, and able to handle ground workers effectively.
• PC Knowledge: Basic skills to operate phone messaging/apps and simple Excel attendance logging.

Working Hours & Salary:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary Range: $2,500 - $2,700 (Depending on experience)
• Location: Office / Various Client Sites
