Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a plant maintenance staff to perform routine preventive maintenance, servicing and corrective repairs, including parts replacement. Safety and regulatory compliance are essential.

You will work on 3 rotating shifts (including Sundays and public holidays) with Saturday OT. The role requires lifting 10–20 kg, manual work in a non-air-conditioned environment and adherence to housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform manual lifting 10–20 kg.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts including Sundays and public holidays.
• Able to handle bio-hazardous and medical waste.

Responsibilities

• Involve in routine preventive maintenance, servicing, and corrective maintenance, including parts replacement.
• Upkeep of plant tools, equipment, bins, stickers, and straps.
• Load and unload covered waste bins; wash and arrange waste bins.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant area, workstations and storage areas.
• Run tests after servicing.
• Comply with safety regulatory requirements.
• Report and resolve operational faults.
• Perform other related activities and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

• Upkeep of plants tools, equipment, bins condition, stickers, and straps.
• Load & unload of covered waste-bins, wash and arrange waste-bins.
• Housekeeping of plant area, workstations and storage area.
• Run tests after servicing.
• Comply with the plant’s safety regulatory requirements.
• Report and solve operational faults.
• Other related activities and ad-hoc duties assigned.

Able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including Sunday and Public Holidays.

Shift 1: 7-3pm, Shift 2: 3-11pm Shift 3: 11pm-7am

Saturday need to work full shift - 2nd half is OT

No aircon environment

Able to work OT required

Need to lift up goods (10-20kg)

Able to perform manual work and willing to handle bio-hazardous and medical waste.

6 work days per week (inclusive of 4 hours OT every Saturday)
